// Campus Pastor (wpc associate pastor)

Willow Park Church (WPC) is looking for a full-time Campus Pastor to serve within our multi-campus church in Kelowna, BC. This role exists to help turn Willow Park’s vision into a lived reality by shaping a healthy church culture marked by prayer, discipleship, mission, and care. It is focused on our Creekside campus in Lake Country, a local church community of approximately 100 adults within the wider Willow Park Church family.

We are looking for an energetic and mature leader who loves people, evangelism, prayer, and the everyday work of church life. Supported by strong centralized systems, the Campus Pastor is freed to focus on shepherding people, discipleship, mission, preaching and building healthy rhythms that help people belong and grow. The role also includes contributing to the broader WPC network depending on gifting and experience.
