Youth

We really love youth and our goal is to see them thrive and live the abundant life that Jesus came to offer! “Kahoots” is the name of Willow Park Church’s youth ministry.

During the school year we run our mid-week youth programs.

In Kelowna Wednesday nights is for our youth in Grades 9-12 (“Glow”) and Thursday nights is for our youth in Grades 6-8 (“Juice”). We alternate each week with “big group” fun and “care groups” every other week. Learn more here.

In Lake Country our youth group meets all together (Grades 6-12), every Tuesday night. We alternate each week between a Bible Study at Creekside and our Young Life Club Night which takes place at Lake Country Alliance Church. Learn more here.

At other times of the year we offer youth retreat weekends, missions trips and a summer camp (The Ark).

Child Protection

All individuals involved in working with children and vulnerable adults, including the leadership team are required to complete a criminal records check and undergo regular training. You can read our full Child Protection Handbook and our Child Protection Protocol by clicking these links. Any questions or concerns should, in the first instance, be directed to Glen Madden.

For additional information, please click here to access The BC Handbook on Child Abuse and Neglect.
