About Kaela McKaig
Kaela is a Christian Mentor and Life Coach helping women throughout North America grow their relationship with God. Though born and raised in Saskatchewan, Kaela has spent most of her life in the USA working professionally for the National Basketball Association for nearly a decade before heading on a trip to Africa with Bishop TD Jakes which led to a faith move and earning a second degree in all things Bible from Arizona Christian University. That further education opened doors for her next career overseeing more than 30 ministries and hundreds of volunteers weekly at one of Arizona’s largest churches.
Proud to come from an athletic family and background, playing basketball on a National Championship college team and newly Class of 2021 Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame inductee, it was life as an athlete and personal trainer, then business woman, that fostered the drive and discipline in Kaela to push, to work hard, and to never give up.
Using all her skills, education, experiences, and expertise, Kaela trained and disciplined herself to develop consistency and growth in her own relationship with God and saw her life change! She now leads, guides, and mentors women to do the same. Through her top-charting podcast titled His Word My Walk, her online programs, weekly book club, and individual mentoring, she is focused and determined to fully pour out all that God puts in her so that all women can experience the Lord in their lives in a personal and fresh way every single day.
Kaela has a deep passion to help others in their own relationship with God. She has a passion to uplift, encourage, and teach. But above all, her desire is to speak truth – God’s truth – into every situation.
