    Pursuit is our evening service that is known to be a more intimate gathering, spending prolonged times in worship and the Lord’s presence. While we see all ages calling Pursuit their home, many young  adults gather to worship together here.

Living Nativity has been our gift to the city for over 25 years! 

Thousands of people come to our church each year to hear the incredible story of Christmas. We have some great plans for the event and believe thousands more will be impacted in the coming years.  

We are asking for our church family’s help raise $50,000 (over and above our “regular” giving) by the end of October. We will then invest in this and other fantastic future outreach events! More info below…

Our outreach focus this Fall ...

We are excited about communicating the good news of Jesus to the Okanagan and want to raise extra money to improve Living Nativity for the next few years. This will mean investing in new technology, lighting, sets, and more. We want to enhance and modernize the experience while keeping all the parts we love! We have a very generous church, so if we raise more than enough, we will use the extra toward other outreach events**

Living Nativity has been running for over 25 years and it has the biggest impact on our community from everything we do – it is our gift to the city.
Living Nativity isn’t our only Outreach event – every year we run Fall Festival, Alpha, Back to School Giveaway and lots more outreach that have a huge impact on our community across the Okanagan.

In reality, everything we do is outreach, our focus this year is very much to invest in the future of Living Nativity, but your generous donations will contribute to everything we do.

Still, as with any donation, WPC’s leadership and the board have the discretion to use it where it is most needed in fulfilling the vision and mission of Willow Park Church.

Living Nativity

Every Christmas, over 7000 people from our local community join us for Living Nativity - it truly is our more significant gift to the community in Kelowna every year.

Alpha

Alpha runs every year at least once and is a world-renowned course, created to outline the core principles of the Christian faith. It runs all over the world, millions of people have tried Alpha and it has been translated into 112 different languages.

Back to School Giveaway

Every year, hundreds of families come to our annual Back to School Giveaway event. We join together with our community and support families in need with free backpacks, clothes, school supplies, lunch and a great family day out.

Fall Festival

Our alternative to halloween event, our community join us for indoor trick-or-treating, carnival games, bouncy houses, food trucks and more for a safe, fun family time together.

Metro Food Drive

Metro community in Kelowna do an incredible job of supporting some of the most vulnerable in our community. Our part in this is to collect as much food as possible from our church family to support this vital project.
