What to Expect

So what's it like to walk through the doors of a church these days?  Maybe you grew up attending church, but were turned off and haven't been in a while.  You wonder if you'll be accepted if you check it out.

The good news is, church has changed! 

Weekend Services

Willow Park's contemporary services are filled with lively music (listen to a sample!) and relevant, Biblical messages (watch or listen to a message) that impact your day to day life. The services last 75 minutes, and full children's programming is available.

A typical service includes a time of worship singing, video testimonies, drama, special music, on the street interviews, and a rock-solid message from a person who knows what you're going through.

Worried that you'll be pressured into something you don't want to do? Well don't. We love to hear the stories of "balcony people" - people who remained inconspicuously in the balcony for months so they wouldn't get roped into anything. Eventually, they realized that the heart of the church is community...knowing and being known, loving and being loved. Now, they love being a part of it!

Eight weekend services provide opportunity for nearly everyone to participate, even if they work shifts that change from week to week. Three Saturday evening and five Sunday morning services provide flexibility for busy people to worship and to serve!

Which service is best for me?

  • Got kids? Try Saturdays at 5:15 pm (Hwy 33), or Sundays at 9:15 & 11:00 am (Hwy 33 & South), or Sundays at 10:00 am (Lake Country). There's childcare & youth classes provided for all ages!
  • Looking for a "quieter" service? Try our new "Acoustic Praise Service", Sundays @ 9:15 am (Hwy 33). Same great songs...quieter in volume.
  • Want to be challenged to reach beyond yourself? Try helping out @ Willow Park Metro, Sundays at 9:00 am.
