Meeting with God … What could be better than pressing into the presence of a loving, gracious Father God! I am so blessed to have been given the opportunity to lead others into that place … to experience His joy, His intimacy, His sorrow, His heart for His people, His amazing character … !
Another great opportunity for me in this position is to see how God’s character rubs off on His people as they meet and experience Him. I love hearing how God changes lives – bringing healing, bringing hope to hopeless situations, pouring blessings and joy into sorrowful situations – WOW!
My wife Melanie, our three girls and have been with Willow Park since 1999 to lead and bring direction to the Worship Arts department. It continues to be an exciting adventure, filled with many mountaintop experiences and growth through the trials and opportunities before us! I often find myself wondering what God has for us around the next corner … And anxious to implement His next dream for Willow Park.
I oversee a team of staff and volunteers that produce musical, video, drama, visual arts, dance and other artistic offerings all with the purpose of glorifying God and furthering His truth in the hearts and lives of people in Kelowna.
