I started working with the children here in the Spring of 2002, and have loved teaching them and watching them grow into wonderful young men and women for Jesus! It is an amazing privilege to be entrusted with their care each week and to be able to encourage them in their personal relationship with Him. They are ALL so precious and deserve to feel welcome, accepted and loved. It is the desire of our Children’s Team that they experience His grace, love and mercy while attending programs here at Willow Park Church and that they would go out and share these amazing truths with all of those around them!
My husband, Brian and I have been married for 23 years and we have three beautiful children. We are entering a new season in life as our children turn from teenagers into adults and increase our family with significant others….Yes, we are almost in-laws! They have filled our home with much laughter and joy and continue to do so.
Jeremiah 29:11 has been my verse since I was a child. “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” ALL children need to know that they have a Heavenly Father who loves them unconditionally and that He has good plans for them and that there is hope even when things are uncertain in their lives. I praise God daily for the opportunity and privilege that He has given me to help make a difference in the lives of His children!
