The following message was sent to us from Hmuni at the Shanti Niketan Children's Home in India.

Warm greetings from Shanti Niketan family!

I want to thank you and let you know that we have received 40 boxes of books on 6th of March, 2009.  We are overjoyed and short of words for all you've done for us.

From the inception of our Children's Home we were longing to acquaint our children with modern and quality education which would help them to sustain in this compatible world. But due to our limited resources we were just helpless and unable to do anything than resorting to prayer.

But today we can testify that God's delay is never God's denial. He does everything perfectly in His own time. He has given us beyond our expectations. Now our library is expanded with the books you've sent to us and our children will be exposed to profound authors & their writings.  Without your kind help it would have been impossible for us of even dreaming of buying such precious and costly books.

I want to assure you that your labor in the Lord is not in vain and will eventually pay rich dividends for God's kingdom.  I want to thank every individual for their valuable contribution and for showing special interest in the enlightenment of socially neglected and deprived children. Now with the arrival of new books children are showing special interest in reading and using library. In fact some of the kids eagerly wait for the library hours just to go through the books you've sent.
