Volunteerism is an integral aspect of being a part of Willow Park Church. As each one uses their God given SHAPE (Spiritual Gift, Heart, Abilities, Personality and Experiences) we are able to Love People and Follow Jesus with intentionality and effectiveness. There are many ways you can get involved in serving at Willow Park Church. Here are a few current needs:
Good Friday Drama
We are looking for 13 MEN interested in being part of a 'Last Supper' drama for Good Friday. These are all limited speaking roles and acting experience is not required - just a willing heart. Rehearsals will begin Sunday, March 14, at 6 pm at the Rutland Campus. If you are interested please contact Eva at the church office 250.765.6880 ext 104.
Renos to Hwy 33 Campus
In anticipation of leasing out the Ministry Centre we have some renovations that we need to do to the Hwy 33 Campus to make room for all our youth staff and interns. We are looking for half a dozen individuals to build shelves, build & paint walls, etc. To volunteer at 250.765.6880 x103.
Child of Mine Café
Help us serve treats, coffee & tea as we raise money for the Child of Mine homes. To help out please or call 250.765.6880 x102.
Mechanics
We are looking for a team of volunteers to care for our ever growing fleet of buses at WPC. If you have a couple of hours per month to help us out, contact Clayton at 250.868.1959 (after 7 pm).
